We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
👉 Hygiene Notice:
For safety and hygiene reasons, personal care products (including toothbrushes) cannot be returned once opened or used.

If your return request is approved:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care / hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:

- Once approved, place a new order
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to opened or used hygiene products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
