Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

For personalized products, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production (engraving or customization).


Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 10–15 business days
  • Priority shipping: 5–12 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as carriers, logistics issues, or customs procedures.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–5 business days.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with other people at your address
  2. Check with your building concierge or reception
  3. Look for any delivery notice left by the carrier
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

The insurance covers:

  • Loss during transit
  • Damage occurring during shipping

The insurance does NOT cover:

  • Theft or loss after delivery
  • Damage caused by the customer
