Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β5 business days.
For personalized products, please allow an additional 3β5 business days for production (engraving or customization).
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 10β15 business days
- Priority shipping: 5β12 business days
β οΈ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as carriers, logistics issues, or customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3β5 business days.
π Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows βdeliveredβ but you have not received your package:
- Check with other people at your address
- Check with your building concierge or reception
- Look for any delivery notice left by the carrier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
π If you are still unable to locate your package:
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
- We will open an investigation with the carrier
βοΈ Each case will be reviewed individually to provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund where applicable)
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
Delays or Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
π We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
π This does not involve any additional cost for the customer.
Returns & Warranty
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (where applicable)
Personalized products:
- β Not eligible for withdrawal/refund
- βοΈ Covered in case of defects, errors, or non-conformity
Shipping Insurance
The insurance covers:
- Loss during transit
- Damage occurring during shipping
The insurance does NOT cover:
- Theft or loss after delivery
- Damage caused by the customer
